    website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do
    not agree, please do not use our services.

    We provide IT-related services, including but not limited to:

  • Managed Cloud

  • Network & Infrastructure Management
  • Software Development & Maintenance
    Specific service details, project scope, and timelines will be outlined in individual
    agreements.
  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Provide all required information, data, and resources necessary for project
    execution.
  • Ensure that all provided materials (e.g., software, data, images) are legally
    owned or licensed.
  • Cooperate with our team in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
  • Adhere to any applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
  1. Payments & Billing
  • Fees are based on the agreed-upon project scope or service contract.
  • A 50% deposit may be required before work begins.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
  • Late payments may incur interest or service suspension.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All custom-developed software, code, or IT solutions remain the property of
    the company until full payment is received.
  • Clients receive a license to use software or IT solutions as per the agreed
    contract.
  • We retain the right to use non-confidential project elements for marketing
    and portfolio purposes.
  1. Data Security & Confidentiality
  • We implement the best practices to safeguard client data but are not
    liable for data breaches beyond our control.
  • Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business or
    technical information.
  • We do not sell, share, or disclose client data to third parties unless
    legally required.
  1. Service Warranties & Liabilities
  • We warrant that our IT solutions will function as specified upon delivery.
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, software, or
    external cyberattacks.
  • We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    resulting from service use.
  1. Support & Maintenance
  • We offer support and maintenance as per the selected service package.
  • Response times and resolution commitments will be specified in the
    Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  1. Termination of Services
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 45 days’ written notice.
  • If terminated by the client, all completed work must be paid in full.
  • If terminated due to non-payment or breach of contract, services may be
    discontinued immediately.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanaka , and any
    disputes will be settled in Court Jurisdiction.
  1. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use
    of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
