Service Supposed Notice Policy

1. Service Supposed Due to Non-Payment
If payment for any service provided by ITX Digital Services including website development, hosting, domain registration, systems, mobile applications, or related services is not received by the agreed due date, the service will be supposed for suspension or termination.
Failure to renew hosting or domain services on or before the expiration date will result in the service being supposed inactive.
2. Conditions for Service Supposition
A service may be supposed inactive or discontinued under the following circumstances:
Non-payment of invoices by the specified due date
Outstanding payments for website, system, mobile app, or other IT services
Lack of response or communication from the client after reasonable contact attempts
Once the service is supposed inactive, ITX Digital Services reserves the right to limit access, suspend functionality, or discontinue services.
3. Data Handling & Client Responsibility
Clients are strongly advised to contact our technical team immediately upon receiving a Service Supposed Notice.
If no action is taken within the given timeframe, website files, databases, and related data may be removed.
ITX Digital Services will not be responsible for any loss of data resulting from service suspension due to non-payment.
Data removal, once completed, is permanent and cannot be reversed.
4. Database Access & Ownership
Databases and system data developed or managed by ITX Digital Services:
Are not automatically provided to clients
Will only be released after full settlement of all outstanding payments
Remain under the management of ITX Digital Services until all dues are cleared
5. Late Payment Charges
All late payment fees applied by ITX Digital Services are mandatory.
Clients must settle:
Outstanding service charges
Accrued late fees
Any applicable administrative or recovery costs
Failure to do so may result in continued service suspension.
6. Limitation of Liability
ITX Digital Services shall not be held liable for:
Data loss caused by delayed or non-payment
Business disruption resulting from service suspension
Any damages arising from failure to respond to service notices
7. Service Restoration
Suspended services will only be restored after:
Full payment of all outstanding balances
Confirmation from the billing and technical teams
