QR Payment Gateway Merchant Operational Guidelines
These Terms & Conditions apply to all merchants, businesses, and users who register and use the ITX Digital Services QR Payment Gateway.
By using our payment gateway services, the merchant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms, conditions, payment fees, and settlement procedures mentioned below.

Merchants must provide accurate business information during registration. The merchant is responsible for maintaining account security, transaction records, and using the payment gateway only for legal business activities.
ITX Digital Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or involve suspicious activities.

Paid within 19 – 20 days following a confirmed, successful transaction date.
Paid within 3 days following a successful online card routing clear.
Settlement dates may be affected by public holidays, bank closures, company holidays, network maintenance, or external banking delays. If a payout date falls on a non-business holiday, processing will conclude on the next available working business day.
ITX Digital Services may review, delay, or hold transactions for fraud prevention checks, unauthorized activity investigations, provider compliance updates, or regulatory adjustments.
The merchant agrees to provide correct business details, accept items only for genuine services/products, preserve transaction traces, and remain fully responsible for customer disputes, complaints, or clearbacks.
Refunds, cancellations, and disputes must be handled according to payment provider rules. ITX Digital Services may assist with investigations but remains detached from product fulfillment liability.
While aiming for continuous uptime gateway paths, temporary maintenance interruptions, ISP failure intervals, or vendor downtime windows may occur safely without internal institutional liability parameters.
ITX Digital Services Private Limited reserves the right to update these operational boundaries. Your ongoing system access acts as acceptance of updated modifications.
