1. Overview

ITX Digital Services offers a range of services aimed at empowering businesses with digital solutions. As part of our growth strategy, we invite authorized dealers to register and offer our products and services in Sri Lanka and internationally. The services offered by ITX Digital Services include but are not limited to:

  • Software Development
  • UI/UX Design
  • Software Maintenance
  • Custom Chatbot Development
  • Custom WordPress Plugin Development

2. Eligibility

To be eligible to register as a dealer with ITX Digital Services, you must:

  • Be a legally registered business entity in Sri Lanka or internationally.
  • Have a strong presence in the local market with the capability to promote and sell ITX Digital Services products and services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in the digital services sector or willingness to undergo training.

3. Registration Process

Dealers must complete the following steps to register:

  • Application Form: Fill out the dealer registration form available on the ITX Digital Services website.
  • Document Submission: Submit business registration documents, proof of identity, and any relevant credentials.
  • Approval: ITX Digital Services will review your application and notify you of the approval status.

4. Responsibilities of Dealers

Once registered, dealers will be responsible for:

  • Promoting Services: Actively marketing and promoting ITX Digital Services to potential clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Submitting regular reports regarding sales, client inquiries, and service requirements to ITX Digital Services.
  • Client Interaction: Managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Compliance: Adhering to all legal and regulatory guidelines applicable to digital services in your region.

5. Pricing and Commissions

  • Dealers will be given access to competitive pricing structures for all services offered by ITX Digital Services.
  • Commission Rates: Commission rates on sales will be detailed in a separate agreement after registration.
  • All prices, fees, and commissions will be subject to change based on the market conditions and will be updated periodically.

6. Termination of Agreement

ITX Digital Services reserves the right to terminate any dealer agreement if:

  • The dealer fails to meet the performance standards.
  • The dealer engages in fraudulent activities or violates the terms of the agreement.
  • Any breach of compliance, ethics, or local laws.

7. Confidentiality

As a registered dealer, you may have access to sensitive company information, including but not limited to pricing details, client information, and marketing strategies. All such information must be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes.

8. Support and Training

  • ITX Digital Services will provide training and ongoing support to registered dealers.
  • Dealers will have access to digital materials, webinars, and customer service to ensure they can effectively sell and support ITX Digital Services’ products.

9. Liability

ITX Digital Services is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by dealers or clients arising from the sale or use of services provided under this dealer agreement.

10. Amendments

ITX Digital Services reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Dealers will be notified of any significant changes and are required to adhere to the updated terms.
