Domain Refund Policy
According to our Domain Registration Agreement, all the domain registrations/renewals are final, cannot be canceled, and are not refundable. Also, there is no technical possibility to change or edit domain names after registration.
However, in some cases, we may provide a refund if you have a valid reason for requesting a new domain name cancellation — you will need to contact us within 4 days (100 hours after registration.
Please note that cancellation and refund may not be possible due to restrictions imposed by the applicable registry or registry operating company. Refunds are not possible for Premium Domains.
