AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

1. DEFINITIONS1.1. “Affiliate” refers to an individual or entity that promotes the Company’s services in exchange for commissions.1.2. “Services” refer to the Website Builder, Hosting, Domain Name, and Social Media Management services provided by the Company.1.3. “Commission” refers to the payment earned by the Affiliate for successful referrals.

2. AFFILIATE ENROLLMENT2.1. To become an Affiliate, the applicant must submit an application through the Company’s affiliate registration portal.2.2. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

3. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES3.1. The Affiliate will promote the Company’s services through ethical marketing practices.3.2. The Affiliate shall not engage in misleading advertising, spam, or any form of fraudulent activity.3.3. The Affiliate must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. COMMISSION STRUCTURE4.1. The Affiliate will earn a commission for each qualifying sale generated through their referral link.4.2. Commissions will be calculated as a percentage of the sale amount or a fixed rate, as specified by the Company.4.3. Payments will be made on a monthly basis via Bank Transfer .4.4. The Company reserves the right to adjust the commission structure with prior notice.

5. RESTRICTIONS5.1. The Affiliate may not represent themselves as an employee or partner of the Company.5.2. Affiliates are prohibited from using the Company’s trademarks, logos, or copyrighted materials without permission.5.3. Any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals, will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

6. TERMINATION6.1. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice.6.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate’s participation for violations of this Agreement.6.3. Upon termination, the Affiliate shall cease all promotions and remove any Company-related content from their platforms.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY7.1. The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from this Agreement.7.2. The Company makes no guarantees regarding earnings or performance.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY8.1. Any confidential information shared during the term of this Agreement must not be disclosed to third parties.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT10.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
