At ITX Digital Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing and social media boosting services. By purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following No Refund Payment Policy:
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to ITX Digital Services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is considered final and cannot be returned, regardless of the nature or outcome of the campaign.
2. Advance Payment Requirement
All services must be paid for in advance before any campaign work, design, or ad spending begins. This includes:
- Social media boosting packages
- Ad management services
- Page/profile optimization
- Analytics and reporting
3. No Refund on Ad Spend
Ad spend amounts (used for Facebook or Instagram advertising) are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these funds are paid directly to third-party platforms (e.g., Meta).
4. Service Commitment
While we strive to deliver maximum value and performance, we cannot guarantee specific results (such as reach, likes, or conversions), as these depend on platform algorithms and user behavior. Payment for our services is based on time, expertise, and resource allocation — not on guaranteed outcomes.
5. Campaign Cancellation
If a client chooses to cancel a campaign before any work has started, we may — at our sole discretion — offer a credit toward future services. However, no monetary refunds will be provided.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe there has been an error in billing or service delivery, please contact us immediately at info@itxdigitalservices.com. We will review your case and provide assistance where applicable — but refund requests will not be granted.
