T&C – Final Reminder
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all services provided by ITX Digital Services (PVT) LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our services or making a payment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Delivery
- Services will be provided as per the agreed project scope or service package.
- All services are subject to availability and may require scheduled maintenance or downtime.
- Any delay caused by the client (e.g., delayed payments, incomplete documentation) may affect the delivery timeline.
3. Payments
- All invoices must be paid on or before the due date mentioned in the invoice.
- Failure to make payment on time will result in service interruption, including but not limited to suspension of domains, websites, email services, or hosting accounts.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer to the provided bank account.
4. Refund Policy
- Payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- No refunds will be issued for unused time on hosting plans or other subscription services.
5. Domain & Hosting Services
- Clients are responsible for renewing their domains and hosting services on time.
- We will not be liable for any data loss, website downtime, or service disruptions due to expired services.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information when requested.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing deliverables and notifying us of any discrepancies within 7 days.
7. Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment, breach of terms, or illegal activity.
- Reinstatement of services may incur additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the services.
9. Amendments
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
