Renewal of Hosting Services Terms and Conditions

1. Service Overview
1.1 Your Domain Name is hosted through the Free Hosting Service provided by ITX Digital Services (Private) Limited.
1.2 The Free Hosting period is directly linked to the validity period of our Free Hosting Service.
2. Expiry of Free Hosting
2.1 The Free Hosting service will automatically expire on the date our Free Hosting program concludes.
2.2 Once expired, all associated hosting services, including website and email functionality, may be suspended without further notice.
3. Renewal of Hosting Services
3.1 Clients are responsible for renewing their hosting service before the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted access to their website.
3.2 ITX Digital Services (Private) Limited will provide reminders via email, WhatsApp, or other communication channels. However, the responsibility for renewal remains with the client.
4. Payment Terms for Renewal
4.1 Renewal fees must be settled in full before the expiry date.
4.2 Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the renewal invoice.
5. Service Suspension and Termination
5.1 Failure to renew hosting services on or before the expiry date will result in automatic suspension of your hosting account.
5.2 After 30 days of suspension, ITX Digital Services (Private) Limited reserves the right to permanently delete hosting data without liability.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 ITX Digital Services (Private) Limited is not responsible for any data loss, business interruption, or damages resulting from non-renewal or delayed renewal of hosting services.
7. Agreement
By using our Free Hosting Service, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
