Services Architecture Scope
We provide high-tier IT-related services, custom integrations, and deployments including but not limited to:

Client Responsibilities
- Provide all required information, datasets, and resources necessary for operational project execution.
- Ensure that all provided assets (e.g., software dependencies, layouts, images) are legally owned or fully licensed.
- Cooperate in a timely manner to prevent critical project execution delays.
Payments & Billing Terms
- Fees are mapped entirely to the agreed project scope parameters.
- A 50% upfront deposit may be required before design or system work initiates.
- Late payments may trigger immediate service suspension or interest accumulation.
- All fees remain non-refundable unless otherwise stated explicitly.
Intellectual Property Boundaries
All custom-developed software architectures, source code components, or IT deployment solutions remain the exclusive property of the company until all balances and invoices are settled in full. Clients receive a restricted license to execute solutions as specified per contract. We retain the right to showcase non-confidential system snapshots for marketing and portfolio purposes.
Security & Confidentiality Protocol
We implement standard security practices to safeguard customer assets but hold no liability for data breaches beyond our control. Both parties commit to keeping sensitive technical or financial information secure. Client data is never sold or shared unless legally mandated.
Domain Transfer Pricing & Policies
Prices may vary depending on specific TLD or external registrar policy changes.
Operational Transfer Requirements: Full payment must be cleared prior to initiating the domain validation process. Transitions will be executed once authorization codes (EPP codes) and necessary registry ownership details are verified. Transfer processes typically take 24 to 72 hours depending on external registrar response latency. Domains must be completely unlocked and free of all active transfer restrictions.
Warranties & Liabilities
We warrant that our solutions will function as specified upon delivery. We hold no responsibility for issues triggered by third-party services, core legacy software, or external cyberattacks. Consequential or indirect damages are fully excluded. Response windows are handled per the active SLA.
Termination Parameters
Either party may terminate active agreements by serving a 45 days’ written notice. If initiated by the client, all completed milestones must be paid in full. Breach of contract or non-payment triggers immediate service suspension.
Governing Jurisdiction
These Master Terms and Conditions are governed entirely by and construed under the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal disputes or claims arising from service provisions will be handled strictly within the official Court Jurisdiction of the country.
