Policy Context
This policy guarantees structural stability and computational infrastructure continuity across all active accounts under ITX Digital Services.
Clients are strongly advised to contact our technical operations team immediately upon receiving a Service Supposed Notice to prevent permanent data erasure routines.
Service Supposed Due to Non-Payment
If payment for any technical service provided by ITX Digital Services—including website development, hosting architectures, domain registration, standalone systems, mobile applications, or related infrastructure services—is not received by the explicitly agreed due date, the service will be supposed for active suspension or total termination.
Failure to successfully renew hosting clusters or external domain services on or before the designated expiration date will result in the immediate automated status change of the service being supposed inactive.
Conditions for Service Supposition
A delivery channel or architecture infrastructure layer may be supposed inactive or discontinued under the following explicit circumstances:
- Non-payment of outstanding invoices by the specified calendar due date.
- Outstanding operational balances for custom websites, backend systems, mobile apps, or other deployed IT services.
- Total lack of response or communication from the client side after multiple reasonable contact attempts have been recorded.
Operational Action: Once a system framework or hosting ecosystem is supposed inactive, ITX Digital Services reserves the explicit corporate right to strictly limit user access, suspend production functionality, or completely discontinue all interconnected services.
Data Handling & Client Responsibility
If no protective reconciliation action is explicitly taken within the specified notice timeframe, production website files, associated storage databases, and all related ecosystem data payloads may be completely removed from our active server infrastructure.
ITX Digital Services will not be held responsible or legally accountable for any structural loss of data resulting directly from service suspension routines triggered by non-payment behavior.
Permanent Deletion Protocol: Data removal routines, once executed completely by system administrators, are permanent, irreversible, and cannot be restored under any circumstances.
Database Access & Ownership
Databases and custom system data developed or managed by ITX Digital Services are not automatically provided to clients. Structures will only be exported and released after the full legal settlement of all outstanding invoices is completed, remaining under our strict exclusive management until all operational dues are cleared.
Late Payment Charges
All late payment financial fees applied by ITX Digital Services are entirely mandatory. Clients must fully settle outstanding service charges, accrued late penalty fees, and any applicable administrative recovery costs to lift the suspension status.
Limitation of Liability
ITX Digital Services shall not be held liable or legally responsible for:
- Data loss profiles caused by delayed compliance, non-payment cycles, or server automation purges.
- Direct business disruptions or operational income damage resulting from tactical service suspension.
- Any structural or brand damages arising from a client's failure to respond to official service notices.
Service Restoration Protocols
Suspended technical channels and server networks will only be restored after the successful capture and confirmation of full payment of all outstanding balances by both our billing administrative and technical operations teams.
