Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Services
Due to the digital, custom, and licensing-based nature of our configurations, the following services are strictly non-refundable once they have been activated, delivered, or formally licensed:
Domain Registrations Policy: All TLD registrations, once actively finalized through corporate registrars, cannot be canceled, amended, or refunded under any conditions.
Refund Request & Review Process
1. Written Submission
Submit your official refund request in writing to info@itxdigitalservices.com. You must include valid proof of purchase along with a detailed reason for the request.
2. Support Evaluation
Our support administration team will carefully review the claims, checking metrics and deployment milestones within 7 business days.
3. Disbursal Timeline
Approved exception refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 14–18 business days.
