Responsibilities of ITX Digital Services (PVT) LTD
As your technology partner, we commit to high standards of support, delivery, and transparency across all operational channels:
- Support & Communication Providing accurate information, professional support, and updated communication regarding pricing and processes.
- Collateral & Assets Supplying approved marketing materials, strategic branding guidelines, and precise product details.
- Project Execution Ensuring timely digital project delivery and continuous technical support for all referred client accounts.
- Financial Integrity Maintaining absolute transparency and fairness in commission settlements, timelines, and activity reporting.
Responsibilities of the Partner
Partners are expected to represent ITX Digital Services with honesty, accuracy, and professional integrity. You agree to share truthful and timely information about leads, prospects, and potential opportunities while following all branding and promotional directives provided.
Confidentiality Mandate: All internal organizational details, global pricing matrices, operational strategies, and client technical footprints must be handled responsibly and must never be shared with unauthorized parties. Partners must strictly avoid misleading clients, misrepresenting the brand, or engaging in unethical market practices.
Commission Structure & Payments
Partners earn clear commissions based on an explicitly agreed-upon revenue-sharing model, with percentages or fixed rates provided in writing for each individual project engagement.
Processed working days after project completion or after client payment is fully cleared.
Partners must notify us within 5 working days for any structural clarification and resolution.
Intellectual Property
All materials, branding assets, documents, and digital content provided remain the exclusive property of ITX Digital Services. Partners may use these assets solely for approved promotional tasks.
Termination Framework
Either party may terminate the partnership with 14 days’ written notice. Immediate termination occurs in cases involving breach of agreement, unethical behavior, or unauthorized use of corporate materials.
